Hmmmmm .. What Are They Thinking ?!?!?!

Ok now I've seen this sooooo many times that I thought of commenting about to see if I was the only one who thought this way .. Here it goes ..

Soo I'm driving down one of the freeways and i saw a cop who had just pulled over a car, and the car was driven by a NON-Kuwaiti driver .. And I'm assuming that the cop is giving the driver a ticket, here's where it gets all twisted .. Instead of the cop stepping out of the his car to give the driver the ticket, he asked the driver to walk up to the police car so that he would get his ticket. (It was summer at the time).

Then I thought, what a lazy good for nuthin' copper !!! What if the guy you pulled over was a con, or a drug dealer, or worse a serial killer.. By asking him to come over to your car where you're helpless and NOT in control of the situation; he could easily kill you !!!!!!!! Doesn't he get that that's why a police man would ask the person to stay in the car and not step out unless he or she is asked to do so ?!?!?!!? I'm not saying that all the cops do this, but I've seen it one too many times for me to just ignore ..

You ignorant idiot, if you would just step down of your high horse for one second and do what is naturally common sense, you would reduce the risk to a minimum. I think you can handle the heat for a few minutes !! Either do it right or don't do it at all !!!

Am I the only one who saw this ? Or has someone else seen that kind of situation too ? and if you did and have a good explanation, then please enlighten me !! I can't handle this kind of ignorance !!!!!!!!
